Selection Procedure:
Eligible candidates will be required to appear in person for a personal interview. The personal interview may consist of both, oral and written tests. The date, time and location of the interview will be communicated to short-listed candidates by e-mail. Selected candidates will be taken as ���������Associate - Trainee���������. The duration of training will be for one year and would embrace all the nuances of Software.
During Training:
Duringthe probation period, the candidate will be trained on varioustechnologies that the company works on for their customers. They willalso get trained extensively on all the soft skills that are requiredto perform effectively on live projects.
The training program agenda/syllabus is drafted with key focus towards Japanese customers and Japanese Language.
The training, among others, would concentrate on:
������Java and Enterprise Java
������Microsoft . Net Technologies
������C/C++
������Database Design Concepts
������SQLServer/Oracle/MySQl
������Communication and Coordination
������Object Oriented Programming
������Object Oriented Analysis and Design
������Software Testing
������Quality Assurance Processes
������Japanese Language - Read/Speak/Write
Thetraining would also envisage Live Project Experience and affordopportunities for the Trainees to translate their acquired knowledgeinto ongoing projects.
After Training:
On successful completion of the training period, allsuccessful Trainees will be absorbed in the regular employment of the Company as ���������Associate - Development Grade I��������� with an assured minimum Take Home Pay of Rs. 10,000 Plus annual benefits.
General:
The candidates arerequired to sign a non-disclosure agreement at the time of appointment.Selected candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable(*) depositof Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) by way of demand draft drawnin favor of Albatross Solutions Private Limited, to cover the cost oftraining provided during the probation period.
TheSelected candidates stand heavily in favour of getting posted at OurJapanese Development Center, if they perform exceptionally well in thetraining internal assessments.
The Company also offers an Early Bird Fee of Rs. 1, 50,000 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) for the first 10 candidates selected.
